DEVERA LABS provides custom software development, digital products, technical consulting, hosting and deployment assistance, maintenance, and related information-technology services. The exact scope, deliverables, timetable, and acceptance conditions for custom work are defined in the applicable quotation or contract.
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information for project execution; respond to requests for feedback and approvals during development; make payments in accordance with agreed project terms; and respect DEVERA LABS’ intellectual property and confidentiality obligations. Timely collaboration ensures smooth delivery and quality outcomes.
Our standard payment structure is: Projects: 50% upfront to initiate, 50% upon completion and client approval. Store Products: Full payment required at checkout. All prices are listed in Tunisian Dinars (TND) unless otherwise indicated.
Available payment methods are displayed before confirmation and may include Flouci electronic payment, cards supported by Flouci, bank transfer, or another method expressly approved by DEVERA LABS. Payment is considered complete only after provider or manual verification.
Store prices are stated in Tunisian dinars (TND) excluding tax (HT). TVA at 19% is calculated and displayed separately before payment. The final total including tax (TTC) is shown before confirmation. Additional mandatory fees charged by DEVERA LABS are 0 TND; no hidden fees are added. Any optional customization or separate service is quoted and accepted before it is charged.
Store products are delivered digitally after payment confirmation through a secure order page and, where applicable, by email. Custom-service delivery follows the milestones, acceptance process, and schedule stated in the signed quotation or contract. Security review or manual payment verification may delay delivery.
Digital-product orders are normally non-cancellable and non-refundable after digital access or download delivery. Digital products cannot be physically returned or exchanged. Requests made before delivery, duplicate charges, unavailable products, and verified non-conformity are handled under the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy available at /en/refund-policy. Mandatory Tunisian consumer rights remain unaffected.
Clients receive full ownership of all custom code, designs, and assets upon final payment. DEVERA LABS retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed during the project. Pre-existing intellectual property of DEVERA LABS or third parties remains the respective owner’s property.
DEVERA LABS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
